Colour Mixing Joy: Painting with My Updated Daniel Smith Watercolour Palette
This week’s YouTube video is all about exploring my new custom Daniel Smith palette. After introducing the colours last week, I’m now swatching them, discovering my favourite mixes, and using them in a sketchbook painting. If you’ve recently picked up some new art supplies, this video might inspire you to set up a little art session to get familiar with them. It’s a crucial part of the process and a wonderfully relaxing way to enjoy some creative time (a.k.a. me time).
Apologies for the croaky voice in this video, I've been sick with a cold this week, but I am on the mend now 😊 I thought a short video was better than no video. I hope you enjoy! I’d love to hear what new things you’re exploring! Let me know in the comments.
And if you are curious about my upcoming 6-week Modern Mixed Media (MMM) course. Make sure you are on my wait list to get notified about the next session.
