5 Fast & Free Sketchbook Spreads: Abstract Art Inspiration

Come join me as I work on five abstract spreads in my handmade sketchbook. These sketchbooks are pre-filled with fun mixed media elements, providing exciting starting points. In this session, you'll see me build up layers with various shapes, materials, and mark-making styles, working quickly to let ideas naturally surface and create unique possibilities. This approach encourages quick idea generation and creative freedom. If you find it challenging to stay loose, setting a time limit for each spread or session can be very helpful. I’ve added a voiceover to share my thoughts and techniques. If you're interested in creating your own handmade sketchbooks, I cover the process in my Creative Blend Art Program.

Plus, I’m launching a free Modern Mixed Media Taster course—sign up for my newsletter to stay informed and get a preview of my upcoming 6-week course!
